Update Oct. 2020:
2012 Retired after 36 + years; 2012 met current partner (Love of my life!); 2014 learned I had a rare lifelong disability called Charcot Marie Tooth; 2017 became a certified La Blast fitness instructor and AFFA certified general fitness instructor; 2017 won the Gold Metal in Austria Winter Special Olympic Games and expanded the categories of competition to include Dance at future Special Olympic Games; 2018 taught dance exercise classes at a senior center; 2020 found leg braces that help to walk and bought a second home in Green Valley, AZ to enjoy in the winter.

What a sad picture of me! Life has improved as a grownup :-) Went UC Berkeley summer school, Canada Jr. College, CSC Sonoma BA environmental studies and sociology; found my passion building a solar house and methane digester. Bought a home in Redwood City, married Tom McGovern in 1979, had a daughter and son, build another house in Emerald Hills, worked at US Environmental Protection Agency, put solar panels on my roof, learned to surf, became a grandmother twice, lost my parents in 2001 and 2008, divorced in 2005, found great housemates, son graduated UC Santa Cruz, daughter is working for an executive search firm in Menlo Park, having fun with my place & enjoying my freedom - planted a small vineyard last year and about 12 fruit trees over the years. Taking Salsa dance lessons, jog, yoga, church, enjoying life. Sorry to learn about Donna K. - life is short and salsa is calling.....

Judy and I used to go to school in our pajamas with a coat over them of course....Love home econ. great food and PE and Theater. Spent a lot of time in the City and school days thinking about the next concert. Not a serious student but left college with degree in environmental studies and planning with/ honors when I found my passion.
